Mr. Geigle has been an attorney at Jackson White, P.C. since 2003, where he practices in criminal defense, commercial litigation,
and business formation. Prior to working for Jackson White, Mr. Geigle was an attorney with the Maricopa County, Office of the Public Defender;
a law clerk and extern for the Arizona Supreme Court; an extern for the Arizona Dispute Resolution Resource Center; a Project Director for
X-Laboratories; a Market Strategist for Sunland Springs Village; and a Research Analyst for American Airlines. Mr. Geigle received a Juris Doctor
from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002, a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and
Management in 2001, and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 1998. Mr. Geigle’s community involvement
includes serving as a pro bono lawyer for Youth Development Institute, as a Board Member of the Metropolitan Youth Symphony, and as a Board Member
and Secretary for the Arizona Bar Association – ADR Executive Council. Mr. Geigle has also served as a missionary in Recife, Brazil and as a youth
leader for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Geigle has been extensively involved in efforts in Arizona, California, Alaska, Tennessee, and New York
to protect children and families from internet pornography and other unwanted and harmful internet content.
Ms. Coons currently serves as a Board Member of AZ Brainfood; Board Member of the City of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board; Board Member of the
Mesa Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board; Board Member of the Mesa United Way; and Immediate Past Chair of First Things First Regional Board. Her
prior community involvement includes service as Board Chair of the Mesa United Way; former president and board member of the Mesa School Board; AZ
Town Hall Board Member; Mesa Roundtable Member; City of Mesa General Plan Update Committee Member; City of Mesa Bond Committee Member; Banner Desert
Advisory Board Member; Arizona Management Society Board Member; Mesa Foundation for Educational Excellence Board Member; Parent’s Alliance for
Legislative Awareness Board Member; Mesa United Parent Council former member and President; Cub Scout Leader, Music Masterpiece Co-Creator and
Organizer; and classroom and art masterpiece volunteer. She attended Brigham Young University. She and her husband have eight children and twenty-one

Ms. Beagley is the owner of Accent! Window Treatments. She is a volunteer for GPS Traditional Academy and has served as a volunteer for La Mesita and as a Committee Member for the Prop 102 Coalition. She is a graduate of Westwood High School and Arizona State University. She and her husband have three children.
Secretary – This position will require her to maintain the corporate records of the organization.

Mr. Andersen has been the General Counsel for LeSueur Investments since 2006. Prior to that time, he was an Associate Attorney for Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., a Judicial Extern to Justice Christine Durham, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, and a Judicial Extern to Judge Marian Blank Horn of the United States Court of Claims. He obtained a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2003 and a Bachelors of Arts in English from Brigham Young University in 2000. He is a Board Member of the Phoenix Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and served as a church missionary in Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda from 1995-1997.

Ms. Wood currently serves as a classroom volunteer for Class Room Mom at Neely Elementary School, as a member of the Neely Site Council, as a youth soccer coach, and as a Boy Scouts of American Troop Advancement Chair. She recently served as a board member for the John Lewis For Gilbert Mayor Campaign and as a Cub Scout Pack Committee Member. She taught Biology 181 for three years ar Maricopa Community College. She has a B.S. in Biology Teaching and an M.S. in Microbiology, Molecular Emphasis from Brigham Young University. She graduated Valedictorian of Mesa Mountain View High School. She and her husband have six children.

Ms. Geigle is a Founding Board Member of the Mesa Storytelling Festival where she also served for three years as the Director of Communications and Media Relations. Her service to the community includes being a Big Brother/Big Sister Volunteer, a Public School Volunteer, a Special Education Educator, a Cub Scout Leader, and a Precinct Committeeman. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications. She and her husband have six children.

Ms. Stinson is an advocate for United Families International, where she lobbies the United Nations and other governmental entities for policies and practices that strengthen families. Ms. Stinson had an active role in the passage of the Arizona Marriage Amendment. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for Prairie Crossing Charter School, where she was responsible for fundraising for the school’s expansion, co-authoring the renewal of the school’s charter, hiring of staff and administrators, and curriculum development. Ms. Stinson has also been involved in other neighborhood and church leadership and service positions. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Arts in Humanities and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. She and her husband are the parents of three sons.

Mr. Wood has been the Controller for Wholesale Distributor since 2000. Prior to that time, Mr. Wood was a staff accountant for Arthur Anderson in Los Angeles. He obtained an Arizona CPA in 2002. Mr. Wood currently serves as a youth coach for soccer, flag football, and basketball; treasurer of his HOA, a Boy Scouts of America Troop Leader, and a Precinct Committeeman. He has also served as Treasurer of the Mesa Storytelling Festival and as an LDS missionary in Curitiba, Brazil. He obtained a B.S. in Financial Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1997 and an M.S. in Financial Accounting in 1998. He and his wife have six children.

Mr. Beagley is currently attending Arizona State University and pursuing a Masters of Business Administration. He has been a participant in the Embassy Buying Group since 2001 and in the Bulletproof Manager Seminar in 2007. His involvement in the community includes service as a Mesa United Way, Allocations Committee Member; a La Mesita Volunteer; and a Boy Scouts of America, Chartered Organization Representative. Mr. Beagley is a graduate of Arizona State University, an Eagle Scout, a member of the Eagle Court of Honor, and a blood donor for the American Red Cross. He and his wife have three children.
